Work. Earn. Build Your Career in Germany.
The Ausbildung Programme gets you to Germany — earn €1,000–€1,300/month while training for a German government-recognised qualification. Age 18–25. Any background. Zero German needed.
This is what we have achieved so far:
Understanding the opportunity
What is Ausbildung?
Ausbildung is Germany’s dual vocational training system. You work at a German company 3–4 days a week and attend a vocational school 1–2 days a week. From Day 1 you are an employee — not a student: a salary, health insurance, and pension from your very first month.
After 3 years you receive a German government-recognised qualification valid across the EU. Two more years of work and you’re eligible for Permanent Residency. Unlike studying abroad, Ausbildung pays you — no debt, no dependence on family remittances.
What changes | Ausbildung | University |
|---|---|---|
Monthly income | €1,000–€1,300 from Day 1 | Zero for 3–5 years |
Entry | 12th pass + A1 German | Degree + B2/C1 |
Duration | 2–3.5 years | 3–5 years |
Family cost | Self-sustaining from Month 1 | €10–14k / year |
PR eligibility | 4–5 years total | 5–9 years total |
